Her practice spans corporate and commercial law, alternative dispute resolution, technology and creative law, property transactions and policy advisory. She has advised private organisations, government institutions and development focused initiatives on legal and regulatory matters requiring practical and commercially sound solutions. Her work brings together legal practice, technology, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution to help organisations navigate complex legal and commercial challenges.
Zainab is an accredited Mediator and Conciliator and serves on the Panel of Neutrals of the Kaduna Multi Door Courthouse. Her current work explores how artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and innovation are reshaping legal practice, with a focus on preparing lawyers for the future of the profession.
Through Trivolux Global, she leads initiatives focused on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in legal practice, while contributing to conversations on technology policy, innovation and the future of legal services.
Her work is driven by a simple belief: the lawyer of the future will not be defined by the technology they use, but by their ability to combine legal expertise, ethical judgment and innovation to deliver greater value in an increasingly digital world.
