The inauguration and the handover ceremony of the New Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum was held yesterday at Westwood Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Former Vice-chairperson, Mrs Chinyere Okorocha was appointed the Chairperson of the Association.
During the handing over ceremony, Immediate Past Chairperson, Prof Oluyemisi Bamgbose gave a detailed report on the last administration while the newly appointed Chairperson, Mrs Chinyere Okorocha delivered the Inaugural Speech.
Among the dignitaries that graced the occasion were the Chief Judge of Lagos State ably represented by Honourable Justice Nicole Clay, the NBA President, Y. C. Maikyau SAN, President of the African Women Lawyers Association and NBA third Vice President, Mrs Mandy Asagba.
