Federal Universities In Nigeria Remain Tuition-Free – Presidency

The President’s Spokesman, Dele Alake, on Wednesday, said federal universities in the country remain tuition-free.

He said that some universities only recently announced “discretionary charges” for hostel accommodation, registration, laboratory, amongst others.

“They are not tuition fees,” he emphasised.

“For avoidance of doubts, federal universities in Nigeria remain tuition-free.”
