Olayemi holds a master’s degree in corporate & commercial law from the University of Cambridge & a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of London, U.K.
A widely respected lawyer and an erudite writer & speaker who continuously contributes to international journals, books & magazines on Energy, Banking & Finance Laws.
She currently works with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, where she wears two hats, serving as the Commission Secretary and Legal Adviser.
