The Practical Training Academy (TPTA), in collaboration with the NLNG Legal Learning Academy (NLLA), has announced the second module of its Project Finance Course, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and practical skills of legal practitioners in complex financing transactions.
The training, titled “Intercreditor Agreements in Project Finance Transactions,” will hold on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Participants will receive expert insights into the legal and commercial dynamics of intercreditor agreements, a critical component of project finance transactions involving multiple lenders and stakeholders.
The session will be facilitated by Chinedu Ihenetu-Geoffrey, Senior Associate at Allen Overy Shearman Sterling, London, while Tobenna Erojikwe, Partner at The Law Crest LLP and Chairman of TPTA, will serve as moderator.
Organisers disclosed that participation is free of charge and has been approved by the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE), with attendees eligible to earn one Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit point. The initiative forms part of TPTA’s ongoing commitment to providing practical, world-class legal education and equipping Nigerian lawyers with the specialised knowledge required for emerging and commercially significant areas of legal practice.
