Okey Ohagba, Esq Advocates Positive Values, Support for Boys on International Day of the Boy Child

Aspirant for the office of General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Okey Leo Ohagba, has called for greater investment in the education, mental health, rights, and character development of boys as the world marks the 2026 International Day of the Boy Child. In a goodwill message released to commemorate the occasion, Ohagba stressed the importance of nurturing boys into responsible leaders, fathers, and contributors to society.

He noted that the future of communities and nations depends significantly on the values instilled in boys today, adding that intentional guidance and support would help raise a generation of strong, kind, and responsible men. Ohagba also celebrated boys across the country and reaffirmed the need for collective efforts toward promoting positive masculinity and responsible upbringing.
