The Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia has upheld the proscribed leader of the Indigenus People of Biafra , Nnamdi Kanu’s Suit against the federal government.
The court Proceedings was presided over by Justice Evelyn Anyadike.
Justice Evelyn also awarded N500 million cost against the federal government.
