The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Lagos Branch has announced that aspirants seeking election into various national offices of the Association will engage members at a Town Hall Meeting as part of activities for the 2026 NBA Lagos Law Week.
According to a statement issued by the Branch’s Publicity Secretary, Oliver Omoredia, the interactive session is designed to provide members of the Bar with a unique opportunity to hear directly from all aspirants, assess their leadership visions, and engage them on policies and programmes that will shape the future of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Scheduled to hold on Thursday, 2 July 2026 at the MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos, the Town Hall Meeting will allow participants to ask questions, interrogate the candidates’ manifestos, and gain firsthand insight into their priorities for the legal profession and the Association.
The Branch noted that the event aligns with the objectives of the 2026 Law Week themed “Lawyering in the Digital Age: Navigating Technology, Justice & Innovation,” while encouraging members to actively participate in the conversation and contribute to shaping the future leadership of the NBA through informed engagement.
