The full list of Judges nominated to election petition tribunals have been published to the public.
Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), had warned judges designated to resolve disputes resulting from the general election of 2023 against being hasty in their application of the law earlier in the week.
He also counseled them to refrain from misbehavior and warned them against breaking the oaths they took.
Disputes resulting from the general elections for various seats next year will be decided by judges chosen from a variety of courts across the nation, including States High Courts, FCT High Court, Federal High Court, and the National Industrial Court.
