Justice Mojeed Adekunle Owoade, the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Kaduna Division today bowed out of the Judicial Service with a valedictory court session held in his honour at the Court of Appeal in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Governor of Ogun State, Gov. Dapo Abiodun in his statement called on judicial officers in the country to emulate the sterling qualities of the noble and erudite learned fellow.
He stated this in a statement released on his official Facebook page and which reads thus;
“At the valedictory court session in honour of Justice Mojeed Adekunle Owoade, the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Kaduna Division, held at the Court of Appeal Ibadan, I called on judicial officers in the country to emulate the sterling qualities of this noble and erudite learned fellow.
The judge, who just clocked 70 years, is a man of impeccable character who started from a humble beginning to become a leading light in the nation’s judiciary and is the only Nigerian invited to make contributions to the International Criminal Encyclopedia.
We wish him a restful retirement.”
