ESTHER IFEOMA JIMOH GETS CLEARED BY THE NBA LAGOS BRANCH 2023 ELECTORAL COMMITTEE TO CONTEST FOR THE OFFICE OF THE VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BRANCH

News reaching us this morning confirms that Esther Ifeoma Jimoh has, by a letter dated the 14th day of May, 2023, been cleared by the NBA Lagos Branch 2023 Electoral Committee to contest for the position of the Vice Chairman of the Branch at this year’s elections which is scheduled to take place on the 27th day of June, 2023.

Speaking with our correspondent this morning, Esther, the foremost candidate for the office, assured us that her Curriculum Vitae, comprehensive Manifesto and Campaign materials shall be made available to the Committee in line with the guidelines.

Esther Ifeoma Jimoh is a graduate of the Lagos State University and she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. She currently serves as a member of the Human Rights Committee; the Ethics, Compliance and Dispute Resolution Committee as well as the 2023 Law Week Planning Committee all of the Lagos Branch. Esther is also the Head, Prisons Watch Committee of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Ikeja Branch, a member of the Pro bono Group of the National Association of Catholic Lawyers (NACL) Lagos Archdiocese and a member of the Police Duty Solicitors Scheme (PDSS) Network, amongst others.
