The members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), with hearts full of thanksgiving and joy made their way to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Victoria Island, Lagos for a multi-denominational Thanksgiving Service.
The Christian Service which commenced by 11am had in attendance the NBA President, Olumide Akpata, national executive and members.
In his sermon, Very Rev Fr. Julius Olaitan urged the NBA to work towards promoting the rule of law in Nigeria.
At the thanksgiving service, the members appreciated God for the conclusion of the Akpata-led administration as they usher in the new administration led by Yakubu Maikyau, SAN.
