Iniobong Irene Pepple, Esq., AICMC, MCArb is a Business Attorney, Legal Educator, Communications Strategist, and Founder of the Back to Law Initiative, a platform committed to helping female lawyers confidently return to legal practice through mentorship, technology, and professional development.
She previously served as a National Officer of the Nigerian Bar Association from 2018 to 2020 and later as Secretary of the NBA Women Forum from 2022 to 2024, where she contributed to initiatives focused on professional growth, leadership, and the advancement of women in the legal profession.
Since 2021, Iniobong has organised and facilitated several free seminars, webinars, and online trainings designed to help lawyers use visibility, personal branding, communication, and digital positioning to advance their careers and expand professional opportunities. Through these initiatives, she has trained and mentored legal professionals on building credible personal brands, increasing professional visibility, leveraging digital platforms, and positioning themselves strategically within and beyond traditional legal practice.
She has spoken at conferences, professional platforms, and legal development programs organised by branches of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Young Lawyers Forum, and the Christian Lawyers Fellowship of Nigeria on topics relating to visibility, career growth, employability, innovation, professional reinvention, and the evolving future of legal practice.
Iniobong is passionate about helping lawyers build sustainable and impactful careers through strategic positioning, continuous learning, and effective communication. Her work particularly supports female lawyers navigating career transitions and professionals seeking to remain visible, relevant, and competitive in an evolving legal and business environment.
She also serves in leadership and advisory capacities across women-focused and professional development initiatives, where she advocates for innovation, mentorship, visibility, and advancement opportunities for women and young professionals. Her writings and thought leadership on young lawyers’ growth, visibility, career sustainability, and professional development have been featured on several professional platforms.
