Adekunle Rufai has expressed confidence in the Nigeria judiciary, following the supreme court ruling that dismissed the appeal filed by Mr Kenneth Udeze challenging his suspension and subsequent expulsion from the Party.
It could be recalled that Barrister Kenneth Udeze, appealed his expulsion from the party, despite the ruling of the Federal High Court Abeokuta, and that of the court of appeal sitting in Ibadan, upholding the decision of the party.
Addressing Journalists in Kaduna, Hon. Adekunle Rufai Omo-Aje said that it is absolute nonsense for politicians to take after the path of thuggery as a means of resolving crisis, adding that the judiciary remains the hope of the common man and is Happy with the supreme court verdict.
