Rapulu Nduka has officially commenced his campaign for the office of General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, unveiling a vision focused on building a stronger, smarter, and more member-oriented Secretariat. The former National Publicity Secretary stated that his aspiration is driven by a commitment to improving efficiency, transparency, and service delivery within the Association’s administrative structure.
Announcing the commencement of his campaign, Dr. Nduka disclosed that he would, in the coming days, unveil a detailed manifesto outlining practical proposals aimed at enhancing the operations of the Secretariat and strengthening member engagement across the Bar. He called on members of the Association to join him in what he described as a collective effort to “unwRAP a New Secretariat,” anchored on innovation, accountability, and responsive leadership.

My name is Dr. Rapulu Nduka, a Past National Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association and a candidate for the Office of General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association.
