“Practical Steps to a Successful Arbitration Practice.”
As arbitration continues to evolve into a prominent mechanism for dispute resolution, this session will focus on practical and actionable strategies that we as legal practitioners can adopt to build a strong and sustainable arbitration practice within today’s dynamic legal environment.
It promises to be a rich and engaging session, where we will explore the mechanisms of arbitration and examine how it is reshaping dispute resolution and legal advocacy in Nigeria and beyond.
