Lateef Omoyemi Akangbe has congratulated Abdullahi Shuaibu Gayam on his emergence as Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Lafia Branch, while also extending his felicitations to members of the newly elected Executive Committee. He described their election as a reflection of the confidence and trust reposed in them by members of the branch and a mandate to provide purposeful, inclusive, and progressive leadership.
In his goodwill message, Akangbe noted that the Lafia Branch has continued to play a significant role in advancing the ideals of the legal profession and the Nigerian Bar Association. He urged the incoming leadership to remain committed to member welfare, professional development, and the promotion of values that strengthen the Association. The NBA presidential candidate also commended members of the branch for conducting a successful democratic process and expressed confidence that the new administration would deliver a tenure marked by unity, innovation, professional excellence, and meaningful achievements for the benefit of the Bar.

I extend my warm congratulations to Abdullahi Shuaibu Gayam, Esq. on his election as Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lafia Branch. I also congratulate every member of the newly elected Executive Committee on earning the confidence and mandate of the Branch.
Your emergence is a testament to the trust reposed in you by your colleagues and reflects their expectation of purposeful, inclusive, and progressive leadership. The Lafia Branch has continued to play an important role in advancing the ideals of the legal profession and the Nigerian Bar Association, and I am confident that your administration will build upon this legacy.
Leadership presents an opportunity to serve, unite, and inspire. As you assume office, I encourage you to remain committed to the welfare of members, the advancement of the profession, and the promotion of the values that continue to strengthen our Association.
