There were rumors that the school had requested another autopsy a few days after the autopsy report of Winifred, a 12-year-old Chrisland Schools pupil who died in strange circumstances, was made public.
Chrisland allegedly disputed the initial autopsy findings and demanded that the body be exhumed for a second autopsy to be conducted by a respected physician.
However, recent reports may suggest otherwise. A member of the Management staff at the school who pled anonymity, because the school had not authorized her to speak on their behalf, said the reports that Chrisland had demanded another autopsy were false and misleading. She said “I was personally shocked to read on social media that the school was dissatisfied with the initial autopsy and was demanding for another one to be carried out. I can tell you for a fact that this is not true, and I know this because I’m carried along in the decision-making process.”
Additionally, she noted that “we are all still hurting from the loss of the child and that is why we are not even making public statements even when people are lying against us. We are saddened by the loss and we cannot be so insensitive as to demand her body be exhumed for another autopsy. Never! I’m sure that in due time, the school will speak and tell its own side of the story but it is unfair that certain elements have embarked on a smear campaign to spread falsehood about the school. It is unfair and uncalled for.
