According to the Election Petition Tribunal, Tinubu is duly qualified.
The suit was filled by APM stating that Tinubu is not eligible to contest at the 2023 Presidential elections.
“The suit on disqualification of Shettima based on eligibility duly struck out. We don’t have jurisdiction over that because it’s a Pre-Election matter” According to the judges.
