The Supreme Court has nullified the national convention held by a faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Kabiru Turaki-led NWC was produced from the said national convention held on November 15 and 16, 2025.
In a split judgement of 3 to 2 on Thursday afternoon, the apex court dismissed the Turaki-led PDP’s appeal and nullified the Ibadan convention, frowning at the party’s disobedience to court order.
