Barinaada is the Founder of Barinaada Legal, Nigeria’s foremost startup-focused corporate and commercial law firm. Through her innovative work, she has transformed legal practice by providing client-friendly services to startups and businesses across Africa. She also founded the Business Legal Structure Program, an implementation-based legal support program designed for founders and business executives seeking to establish proper legal structures for their enterprises.
Additionally, Barinaada is the visionary behind the Law and Business Community, an online platform with over 4,000 entrepreneurs where she actively shares insights on the legal aspects of running a business.
