The Senate has passed the Student Loan, Access to Higher Education, Act 2024 following its consideration of the report from the Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND. After thorough debate, Senate President Godswill Akpabio directed the Bill to the Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND for further legislative scrutiny, with a mandate to report back within one week.
