By a letter received on 18 August 2023, the House of Representatives Ad Hoc Committee on Students Loans and Access to Higher Education has invited the Nigerian Bar Association to a Legislative Summit on Students Loans and Access to Higher Education to be held on Thursday, 24 August 2023. The Committee has also requested us to submit a memorandum suggesting strategies to be adopted in the development of the programme framework to ensure its effective and efficient implementation.
Consequently, members of the Bar who have contributions to make in this regard by way of suggestions/proposals, are hereby requested to submit the same to the Head, Legal Regulatory and Compliance Department of the NBA, Ayodeji Oni, via ayodeji.oni@nigerianbar.org.ng or +234 803 345 2825. All submissions must be made before the close of work on Monday, 21 August 2023.
