The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has asked Nigerians to report officers of the agency who indulge in extortion, harassment, and other forms of misconduct.
In a video released on Wednesday, the anti-graft agency said the Ola Olukoyede-led management abhors indiscipline, extortion, and corruption within the rank and file.
The anti-graft agency listed four complaint platforms from where Nigerians can report officers’ misconduct.
The agency said citizens can lodge a formal complaint through desks across EFCC directorates in the country.
Citizens can also send a report to the EFCC executive chairman via www.efcc.gov.ng/complaints.
A report can also be sent via the EFCC’s Eagle app, which can be downloaded via Google Play store or Apple store.
Complaints can also be sent via email to [email protected] or through the telephone line 07058937203.
The anti-graft agency said only evidence-based and verified reports will be treated, warning that false or frivolous reports amount to a criminal offence.
In January 2025, the EFCC dismissed 27 officers over alleged fraudulent activities and misconduct.
The agency had said its disciplinary committee recommended the dismissal of the officers.
In November 2024, Olukoyede announced the dismissal of two officials over alleged corruption.
