Okey Leo Ohagba has congratulated the leadership and members of the Nigerian Bar Association Benin Branch on the occasion of the Branch’s 2026 Annual Law Week, describing the event’s theme, “Reforming Today, Securing Tomorrow,” as timely and reflective of the pressing need for progressive reforms within both the legal profession and the wider society. The Law Week is scheduled to hold from May 31 to June 5, 2026.
In his goodwill message, the former National Officer of the Nigerian Bar Association commended the Idemudia Iredia Osifo-led Executive Committee and the Law Week Planning Committee for their commitment to advancing the legal profession through innovative initiatives and professional development programmes. Ohagba expressed optimism that the discussions and deliberations during the Law Week would generate valuable insights and practical solutions capable of strengthening the Bar, enhancing legal practice, and contributing positively to national development.
