This annual webinar will review trends over the past year in litigation impacting the Public Records Act (PRA). Staying abreast of current PRA case law is crucial for local government employees and officials to avoid liability.
This webinar will help inform local governments about recent litigation that may affect an agency’s PRA compliance by reviewing the cases that matter most to local governments. Attendees will leave the webinar with the knowledge base for reviewing their agency’s PRA programs for compliance.
Local government attorneys/legal staff, private attorneys with local government clients, and public record officers (PROs).

Refund Policy: Refunds of the webinar fee will be provided in full if registration is canceled before Tuesday, January 18 at 11:59 PM. After that, refunds will be provided minus a $5.00 administrative fee up until the start of the webinar. Please contact jrice@mrsc.org if you need to request a refund on the morning of the webinar.
