Peter Obi Valid Member Of Labour Party As At Time Of Nomination – Election Petition Tribunal

Justice Abba Muhamed has struck out the claim of APC over Peter Obi’s membership of Labour party as at time of his nomination.

The Election Petition Tribunal also maintained that issues of membership is an internal matter.
