One of the biggest challenges of leadership anywhere is the lack of strong institutions. This is often because those who get elected choose to build themselves alone rather than the institution. I am a change agent, and I believe in not just questioning the present but also creating a pathway to the future, a pathway that institutionalizes growth, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.
I have no doubt that of the two eminently qualified candidates for the office of the secretary of our dear branch, Mr Emuobonuvie Majemite is the best candidate to take the branch secretariat to the next level of innovative service, qualitative administration and all-round excellence. His honest, pragmatic, and unique insight into our branch’s problems and his willingness to examine the issues and listen closely to members of the branch from all sides of the divide set him apart.
