Olumuyiwa Adejobi Reappointed As Police Force PRO

Olumuyiwa Adejobi, an Assistant Commissioner of Police, has been reappointed as the force’s Public Relations Officer (PRO), with the approval of Olukayode Egbetokun, the acting Inspector General of Police (IGP).

This was revealed in a statement released on Wednesday in Abuja by Anjuguri Manza, an administrative officer in the Force Public Relations Department.

Anjuguri clarified that Adejobi’s reappointment came after his recent promotion to Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP, from Chief Superintendent of Police.

He was the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, between 2008 and 2016; PPRO Zone 2 Headquarters, Onikan, Lagos, 2016 and Lagos State Command PPRO between 2020 to 2021.

Adejobi became Deputy Force PRO at Force Headquarters, Abuja, in 2021 and was recently the Force PRO before his reappointment by the new IGP.
