Olaide Oluwayomi-Ajewole has expressed her intention to serve the NBA Lagos Branch as Welfare Secretary. She made this known to Lawhauz earlier today after picking the nomination form.
Olaide is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with adept experiences in intellectual Property, Telecommunication, Media and Technology, Banking and Finance, Capital Market, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Advisory, Corporate Governance, and other Corporate and Commercial Law Practice.
Olaide has provided robust legal advisory to both local and international clients in various sectors of the economy and in different capacities.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Capital Market Solicitors Association, International Trademark Association, and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
She served on the Executive Committee of the Capital Market Solicitors Association of Nigeria as Social and Welfare Secretary in 2021-2022.
She has also served the NBA Lagos branch as a member of the Law Week Committee 2022 and currently serves as a member of the Law Week Committee 2023.
