I write to extend my warmest note of felicitation to the Smart Okpara led EXCO, the Summit Planning Committee and the entire young lawyers of our own NBA Port-Harcourt Branch, on this momentous occasion of your Summit holding today, March 27, 2026, at the Justice Mary Odili Judicial Institute, Port Harcourt.
