Officers of Correctional Service Charged On Patriotism and Right Attitude

Officers and Men of the Nigeria Correctional Service have been advised to always display right attitude in the discharge of their responsibilities, especially to inmates across the country.

The new Comptroller General of Correctional Service Nwakuche Sylvester Ndidi and the National President, Foundation for correction of Moral Decadence, (FCMD), Dr. Joseph Danley, made the appeal while addressing Officers of the Service in Abuja.

Tbe Controller General of Correctional Service emphasized the need for General Character Overhaul and attitudinal Change among officers and Men of the Service for the attainment of the desires productivity expected by Nigerians.

While unfolding his vision for the Service, Ndidi stressed the need for his men to have right attitude to work noting that, this remain a major panacea for mutual relationship at the work place as well as in their relationship with inmates across Nigeria.

He reassured officers and Men of the Service of his determination to create a conducive atmosphere for officers to exhibit their potentials while he solicited their support in return.

In his lecture, the National President, Foundation for correction of Moral Decadence, (FCMD), Dr. Joseph Danley, emphasized the need for men of the service to have the foundation for effective service delivery adding that, patriotism is fast losing its place in Nigeria. Dr. Danley emphasized the need for patriotism and love among Nigeria for the attainment of the desired growth and development in the country.
