The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has introduced a revised pricing structure for its products and services, effective immediately, following a decade of unchanged rates. The commission announced the adjustment in a statement signed by Kayode Adegoke, Head of the Corporate Communications Unit, citing the need to align with current operational costs and industry standards.
NIMC emphasized that the new pricing aims to maintain the quality and integrity of its services while ensuring affordability and accessibility for Nigerians. The commission also issued a stern warning to Front-End Partners (FEPs), mandating strict adherence to the approved rates. “Any FEP found charging more than the approved rates will face sanctions, including license revocation,” the statement read.
Reaffirming its commitment to transparent and fair service delivery, NIMC urged the public to report any overcharging by FEPs to its inspectorate and enforcement unit via email at [email protected] or by calling 08155015388. The commission stressed its dedication to protecting Nigerians’ interests and ensuring equitable access to its services.
