On Wednesday, September 28, 2022, all National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN) locations nationwide resumed their regular court activities.
The court’s annual vacation came to an end with the return of sessions, and the new legal year of 2022–2023 commenced.
Recall that the 2022 annual court vacation notice was announced via a circular signed on July 2022 by the Industrial Court President, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, Ph.D, FNIALS where it was stated that normal Court sitting shall resume on Wednesday 28th September 2022.
