The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) is set to inaugurate its newly elected National Executive Committee for the 2024-2026 term today. The event will mark the beginning of a new leadership phase aimed at steering the association towards continued growth and advocacy.
This brings to an end, the administration of the NBA led by the Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, SAN, ushering in new administration led by Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN.
The incoming executive, composed of prominent legal professionals, is expected to bring fresh perspectives and renewed energy to the NBA’s activities.

This is to kindly inform you of and invite you to the inauguration ceremony of the new National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
This very epochal event will see the handing over of the administration of the NBA by the Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, SAN – led National Executive Committee to the Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN – led National Executive Committee. The newly elected National Officers will also be sworn in at this event.
