The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has officially commenced regular registration for its 2025 Annual General Conference (AGC), set to take place from August 22 to August 29, 2025. Themed “Stand Out, Stand Tall,” the highly anticipated event is expected to attract legal professionals from across Nigeria and beyond.
According to the NBA, regular registration runs from April 1 to June 30, with tiered pricing based on years of post-call experience and professional designation. Lawyers with 1-9 years of experience are required to pay ₦50,000, while those with 10-19 years and 20 years and above will pay ₦100,000 and ₦150,000, respectively.
Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs), Attorneys-General, and Benchers have the highest registration fee of ₦350,000. Magistrates, Judges, and Khadis are set to pay ₦75,000 and ₦100,000, respectively. Non-lawyers who wish to attend will also pay ₦150,000.
For international delegates, physical attendance costs $500, while virtual participation is set at $350. Senior lawyers aged 70 and above or those with 40 years post-call experience will pay ₦150,000. Virtual participation for lawyers with 1-7 years of experience is free, while those with 8 years and above will pay ₦50,000.
