I extend my heartfelt commendation to the NBA Maiduguri and Biu Branches on your 2025 Law Week. The theme, “Technology, Professionalism, and Justice Delivery” speaks directly to the challenges and opportunities before us. As our population expands, it is unfortunate that manpower in the justice sector has not kept pace. This shortfall has made technology not just an option, but a necessity. To ensure justice remains timely and accessible, we must innovate while staying rooted in professionalism and ethics. This Law Week offers a platform to reflect on our progress, confront hard truths, and chart a smarter path forward.
I wish you robust deliberations, renewed insight, and outcomes that will advance justice in real, practical terms.
Well done!
