As final preparations gear up for the 2025 Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch Conference, the Organizing Committee has released crucial logistical guidelines to ensure a seamless experience for all delegates. In a statement issued by the Committee Chairman, Tolu Aderemi, attendees were urged to adhere to specific protocols regarding registration, security, and access to the conference venue, the Muson Center, Lagos.
Delegates are expected to collect their lanyards and wristbands early on Monday, June 16, at the Agip Hall, which will serve as the primary access point. Strict security measures will be enforced, requiring participants to present valid identification items before gaining entry to the Shell Hall, the main event space. Separate booths have been designated to cater to different categories of attendees, with special provisions made for late registrants.

Dear Distinguished Delegate,
As we prepare to host the 2025 NBA (Lagos Branch), I would like to provide you with some important information to help ensure a smooth experience during the conference.
a) Enclosed are the details of all sessions to facilitate your participation.
b) If you have not yet collected your lanyards or wristbands, please do so early on Monday, June 16, at the Agip Hall, Muson Center.
c) Please note that security guards will require you to alight from your car at the Agip Hall to pick up your lanyards. Access to the Shell Hall is strictly by displaying your lanyard. We appreciate your cooperation with the conference guards.
d) At the Agip Hall, there are two main booths: the Delegate Booth and the SAN/Judges/Benchers/Speakers/Special Needs Booth. Once you scan your barcode at the entrance, please identify the relevant booth and join the queue. We are working diligently to ensure the process is seamless.
e) If you have not registered, there is a special booth located by the car park (not at the Agip Hall) to accommodate delegates in this category.
We look forward to welcoming you on Monday.
Best regards,
Tolu Aderemi
Chairman
