NBA Election 2026: Okey Leo Ohagba Pledges Call Centre to Strengthen Member Services

As the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) election draws closer, candidates seeking national office continue to unveil policy proposals aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing members’ experience within the Association. With growing calls for a more responsive and technology-driven Secretariat, institutional reforms have become a key focus of the campaigns.

In line with this vision, Okey Leo Ohagba, a candidate for the office of NBA General Secretary, has pledged to establish and maintain a state-of-the-art Call Centre to improve communication between the Secretariat and members. According to him, the initiative is designed to streamline institutional communication, provide real-time responses to enquiries and complaints, and promote a more efficient, accessible, and member-centric NBA Secretariat.

Speaking on the proposal, Ohagba stated: “We pledge to deploy and maintain a state-of-the-art Call Centre for the NBA Secretariat to streamline institutional communication and provide members with real-time resolutions to enquiries and complaints.”

The initiative forms part of his broader campaign agenda, which emphasizes innovation, digital transformation, and improved service delivery within the Association. His campaign continues under the message of building an innovative Secretariat capable of meeting the evolving needs of NBA members.
