I felicitate with the Executive, the Planning Committee, and the entire members of the Nigerian Bar Association, Barnawa Branch, on the occasion of its 2025 Annual Law Week.

Your chosen theme pierces the conscience of our constitutional order. Chapter 2 was meant to embody the soul of our democracy – social justice, education, health, and security. Yet it has been rendered impotent by the deliberate design of our political class, who hide behind its non-justiciability to plunder and remain unaccountable.

You have held a mirror to the nation. May your deliberations rekindle the collective will to make governance answerable to the governed.

Congratulations once again.
