The lawmaker representing Kogi Central in the National Assembly, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has challenged her colleague, Senator Osita Ngwu, representing Enugu West senatorial district over her WhatsApp messages he allegedly deleted from the Senate WhatsApp group.
In a post she made on her Facebook page on Sunday, Natasha accused Ngwu of deleting her comments on the Senate WhatsApp group created for Senators and urged him to restore her comments or be prepared to face legal actions from her.
Though she did not specifically mention the content of the deleted messages, Natasha warned Ngwu to bring the discussions to the public domain, and suggested that the matter could extend beyond internal party or Senate communication boundaries.
“Dear Senator Osita Ngwu of Enugu West Senatorial District, you will open responses in the Senators WhatsApp forum and repost my deleted comments. Else I’ll bring the discussion to the public domain,” she wrote.
The contents of her warning was not however lost on her followers as many urged her to bring out the deleted posts while others believe she could have made some unacceptable comments which led Ngwu to delete them.
