A Partner at Prime Solicitors, Oluseun Abimbola SAN is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in Commercial Law, Arbitration, and Telecommunications Law. A former Attorney General of Oyo State, he has served on several regulatory bodies, including the Council of Legal Education and the Body of Benchers. He is also the current Chairman of the Electoral Committee of the NBA (ECNBA).
Richard Ayodele Akintunde SAN
The Senior Partner at Ayodele Akintunde & Co., Richard Akintunde SAN brings nearly four decades of legal experience in Litigation, Insolvency, and Arbitration. A Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of numerous professional bodies, he has represented clients in complex legal matters at all court levels in Nigeria. A former President of BRIPAN, Richard is a prominent figure in dispute resolution and insolvency practice. He has held offices as the Chairman of the Electoral Committee in NBA National and Lagos Branch.
