Through her speaking, writing, and creative strategy work, she has empowered over 5,000 youth leaders and entrepreneurs, creating ripple effects that continue to strengthen families and communities around the world.
Rita’s visionary leadership is evident in her role as Executive Director of the Global Play Brigade, a global movement that uses play to bridge divides and soften borders between people and cultures. She is also the Founder of the Street Project Foundation, a United Nations Award-Winning organization committed to using creative arts for youth empowerment and social transformation.
A globally recognized leader, Rita is a Mandela Washington Fellow and a three-time Global Fellow of the International Society of the Performing Arts. She currently serves as the first Nigerian on the Board of ISPA, a prestigious global body for performing arts leaders.
