Beyond brand strategy and experiential marketing, Jennifer is also the Co-Founder of Culinara Group, a culinary innovation ecosystem designed to elevate food entrepreneurship and strengthen Lagos’ cultural positioning through food. Its flagship platform, Eko Flavours, has generated over ₦1 billion in socioeconomic impact, creating visibility and commercial opportunities for chefs, home cooks, and food entrepreneurs.
However, Jennifer’s story is not simply one of success; it is a story of rebuilding. In 2015, Jennifer lost everything after the businesses she had spent eight years building collapsed. What followed was not merely a comeback, but a deliberate rebuild. In 2016, she started Tantacom with no office, no funding, and no safety net, relying instead on discipline, faith, and the courage to rebuild systems while still learning how to lead. That experience shaped the philosophy that now drives her work and leadership.
Today, Jennifer is the Founder of Thrive Beyond, a movement and safe space for women navigating seasons of transition, whether caused by collapse, growth, or reinvention. Through Thrive Beyond, she created the REBUILD™ Framework, a seven-stage system that helps individuals realign their lives and work by releasing what no longer fits and rebuilding from internal strength rather than external validation. In less than a year, Thrive Beyond has reached over 10,000 women and continues to support many others through its growing community.
