Meet Our Speaker: Dr. Glory Enyinnaya — The Phenomenal Woman Conference 2.0

The Phenomenal Woman Conference 2.0 is delighted to feature Dr. Glory Enyinnaya, an entrepreneur, scholar, and thought leader whose work focuses on innovation, institutional change, and the transformative role of entrepreneurs in society.

Dr. Enyinnaya has devoted her career to studying, practicing, and teaching entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Management, and currently teaches entrepreneurship at Pan-Atlantic University and Lagos Business School, where she equips the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to drive meaningful change. A remarkable academic achiever, she graduated as valedictorian at the undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral levels, demonstrating her exceptional commitment to excellence.

Her professional journey began in global consulting firms Accenture and Ernst & Young, where she worked as a change-management consultant leading the adoption of large-scale technology deployments across African organisations. Through this work, she developed a key insight that has shaped her career: true transformation depends not merely on technology, but on people’s willingness and ability to adopt change.

Today, Dr. Enyinnaya applies this understanding to entrepreneurship, viewing entrepreneurs as society’s most powerful agents of change—individuals who build legitimacy and drive innovation in complex and evolving institutional environments.

Her scholarship has produced influential frameworks that support entrepreneurial success. Among them are the 3Cs of Change Readiness: Customer Orientation, Collectivism, and Commitment to Impact, and the 7 Pillars of Institutional Entrepreneurship. These frameworks, introduced in the Harvard Business Review, guide her teaching, advisory work, and her forthcoming book, Institutional Entrepreneurship in African Fintech, to be published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2026.

Through her consulting firm Kleos Advisory, Dr. Enyinnaya partners with financial institutions, venture capital firms, and development organisations to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity and de-risk investments. Kleos has supported a vibrant community of over 40,000 small and medium enterprises across Africa through training, advisory services, and entrepreneurial development programmes.

She has also coached and supported founders through global initiatives including 54Collective’s Business Support Academy, the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative, and programmes of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, helping entrepreneurs build not only scalable businesses but also resilient institutions.

At The Phenomenal Woman Conference 2.0, Dr. Glory Enyinnaya will share her powerful insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and the courage required to drive change in complex environments.

Her work and voice beautifully embody the spirit of this year’s theme: The Power of Her Voice: Influence, Impact, Inspire.
