Former Secretary General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Professor Ben Nwabueze, a prominent Nigerian constitutional lawyer, has passed away. The sad news was revealed by Arinze Nzeli, the President General of Atani Town Union, in an official statement made on Monday. According to the statement, the legal luminary, Professor Ben Nwabueze, breathed his last in his Lagos apartment at 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 29.
Professor Nwabueze’s contributions to the Ohanaeze Ndigbo and his esteemed role as a constitutional lawyer left an indelible mark on Nigerian society.
