Emmanuel Odiaka is the Founder and CEO of ECOB Capital Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension Services from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, and an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. He is also ACI certified in treasury and financial market operations.
With over 17 years of experience in the financial sector, Emmanuel is one of the early pioneers of bond trading in Nigeria’s fixed income market. He has worked with several financial institutions in roles focused on bond trading, portfolio management, and treasury operations.
He has attended various professional training programs both in Nigeria and abroad, including courses in Fixed Income and Portfolio Management (Euromoney), Gilts Game Simulation (FDHL, Lagos), Strategic Business Management (Cape Town), Fixed Income Program (NYIF, New York), and Corporate Treasury Management (Euromoney, London).
As CEO, Emmanuel leads the company’s strategic direction and operations across FICC trading, real estate development, training, and research. He is known for his practical leadership style, industry knowledge, and commitment to professionalism and ethical business practices.
