Damilola is a Strategy and Transactions Partner and the Consumer Industries Group leader for West Africa at Ernst & Young (“EY”). He has advised numerous public and private sector clients including multinationals, development finance institutions and institutional investors on various macroeconomic policy formulation, corporate strategy development, feasibility studies, business planning, new market entry, M&As, due diligence, fundraising, business valuation and modelling.
He has over 23 years’ experience in corporate and project finance, strategy and corporate development and investment banking.
Damilola is a graduate of Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and holds an MBA degree from the Warwick Business School, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme of the Lagos Business School.
