Jesujoba Tosu is an Associate in the Sports, Entertainment and Technology Law (SET)
Department at Olisa Agbakoba Legal (OAL), with a practice focused on sports law, intellectual property and arbitration.
He advises athletes, clubs, academies, sports organisations and other industry stakeholders on a range of legal and commercial matters. His work reflects a practical understanding of the legal and business structures that shape the sports industry, both in Nigeria and internationally.
Jesujoba is also the founder of Sport’nLaw, a platform dedicated to making sports law more accessible and educating athletes, clubs, agents, academies and other stakeholders on the legal and commercial dimensions of sport. Through Sport’nLaw, he continues to contribute to the development and professionalisation of Nigeria’s sports ecosystem while promoting greater legal awareness among its stakeholders.
He is recognised for his ability to demystify complex legal and regulatory issues and
communicate them in a clear, engaging and accessible manner. His interests lie particularly in the intersection of law and sport, and in exploring how effective legal frameworks can protect talent, facilitate investment and unlock greater value within the sports industry.
