Honoured. Humbled. Inspired.
Last week, I had the privilege of being recognized by the African Women in Law Association (AWLA) for my support and commitment to the empowerment of women in the legal profession.
For me, this honour is more than a plaque, it is a reminder that true leadership is not measured by titles but by the doors we help open, the voices we amplify, and the equity we insist upon.
AWLA’s vision of inclusion and excellence across Africa is one I proudly align with, and I remain committed to supporting a Bar and a society where women thrive as equal partners in justice, leadership, and nation-building.
Grateful for this recognition, but even more grateful for the work still ahead.
Together, we rise to #ElevateTheBar
